Hey Guys/Gals,

Unfortuantely the cabins we stayed in last time are fully booked, but I have sourced a place just as good (hopefully) so get phoning and book your rooms:

Tudor Motor Inn - 5821-8411

64 - 66 Wyndham Street

Shepparton

(left hand side heading out of Shepp towards DECA)

- Twins - 1 queen (with the option of 1 single as well) - $88

- Family - 2 dbls & 1 sngl (which I have booked) OR 1 dbl & 1 queen - $110

No Deposit required and when you book, say you are with Skylines Australia.

If we book 14 room or more we get a discount rate of twins @ $82.50 and Familys at $105 - a bargain i know!!!

There is offstreet parking.

Now, if this is booked out when you call dont panic - there are 2 other motels across the road, so as 2nd or 3rd options try the:

Courtyard Motel - 5831-2355

Twins - $86.90 - standard or spa rooms from $97.90

can also put a single in the room

OR

Windermere - 5821-3088

$118 for 2 people / night

Cheers and I hope to see you all up there ready for a drink or 16!!!!

PS. If youre looking for a friend to share a room with, post your interest here - im sure there will be others in the same boat.

Dude, we dont need to know about your "weekend of action" Tis a family site

See you up there mate as I am sure you will whip my ass on the circuit :)

Hey Bec, is the Windemere one twin or double for the $118?

Going to drive up late Friday night :)

Had a job in Shep, on Monday, and saw the motel. The rooms he is booking us in are enclosed and can not be seen from the street, which is very good. But to get into this area you need to pass through the reception driveway, which is raised, just be careful as bumpers may scrap. Also spoke to him about multiple cars per room, should not be too big an issue as we can park behind another car, planning required but should be managable.

I have booked a room for two nights, Fri & Sat. I have one spare bed for Sat. night. So if anyone is coming up on Sat. morning and needs a bed just send me a PM :D.

Hey Bec, is the Windemere one twin or double for the $118?

Alan - pretty sure its a queen bed.

I didnt really as too many questions at this place coz they didnt have many spare rooms - if your intersted just give them a call and ask.

    • Connected to plenum towards the rear end. Yes, absolutely required for the ECU. Even Nistune can't save you if you don't have it.
    • Can confirm solenoid makes no difference. I finally removed the solenoid and the wire off my engine loom and there is no issue with boost. Keep in mind, this is the solenoid, and I've got a Nistune. After the boost controller, I ran the car for a day with the solenoid unplugged - no issue. So then I just ripped the whole thing out. Like @GTSBoy mentioned before, the ECU just sends an earth signal for the 2-stage boost. And looking at the wire going into the solenoid, that just had 2 standard wires and did not look important 馃ぃ As for boost sensor: I saw somewhere that the vacuum line the gauge uses is at the back of the engine on the driver side. I never touched that but assume ECU uses that??? (maybe? Just assuming)

    • Im also amazed how well Attessa holds up to all of the abuse. Especially with the burnouts and crap you guys used to do at Texi!
    • True! I think I'm closer to 06 with the cameras in phones being out there more. And the nearly impossible to use internet web browsers. Or paying for ring tones... Man I hated when we couldn't just compose a ringtone on a Nokia anymore! These days I just hate it if my phone rings, beeps, boops, or vibrates!
