Thanks for the great feedback.

I fixed a part in the script so now it goes to the navigation which is simulated VR panorama. Keep the crits coming and help me build a better site. Also if you like the site I can custom build a webpage for you or your company which will be better than the one you have viewed and a very competitive price. Alot cheaper and more sofisticated than most web companies. Cheers

The price varies on different projects and whether the client needs to register a domain name and web hosting. For example if it takes a month to put together at 25$ p/h its around 3-4k before tax and gst, after a lot less pay. Pretty average freelance rates. But this is only an example as I could finish a webpage in a day depending what the clients needs are and the budget.
