How Cool Areur Pipes

Just put a front mount on the car

Just wondering how hot the pipes should be after a drive??

After a drive the pipes get warm not hot is this normal??

Any tests that i can do or something like that?

well the pipes close to the turbo side of the bit will probably be warm to the feel.

Its normal.

Feel it directly after it comes out of the cooler, if its cool then you'll pretty much be fine

are you talking engine bay, inlet or outlet of the IC ???

you will find the inlet on the ic will be warm maybe a little hot but not normally yet the outlet will be in most cases very cold...

in terms of the engine bay i find that if you touch the pipes just after stopping they are coolish but let it sit for a couple of minutes and they will be pretty warm from the heat soak of the rest of the engine bay components. (especially if your piping runs through the engine bay like my hybrid style)
