Licencing In W.a?

Anyone know the best place to put a car over the Pits in W.A?? i am even willing to take it out to the country if i can find someone who is leaneant with this sort of thing.

It is a holden rodeo bought from N.T and its unregistered with a notch (and engineering plate), airbags and 20 inch wheels although i have the originals that i can put back on.

Any help would be apreciated.

best place is probably welshpool, ive had most luck with them.
