Help! Where To Find Engine Num. On R34

Hi all,

Where can I find the engine number on a R34 GTT?

I cant seem to find it!

Pics would be helpful if you guys have anything

Also, is it possible to find an engine number on record using only a VIN number?

it's right down the back of the block on the exhaust side of the engine.... just in front of the flywheel.

You might be able to read it if you get the car up on a hoist and look at it from underneath...

Also you wont be able to bring up an engine number off the VIN as it's not recorded.
