Japanese Translation.

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get the translation pack or what ever it is for Yahoo so i can view it in English, all the time it just comes up as squares and few squigly lines and im not in the know with jiberish language....I've tried the microsoft site with everything i can think of but all it comes up with is translation packs for Word 2002, so i was wondering if someone would have any idea.

Sorry if i posted in the wrong section, if it gets moved could who ever moves it please PM and tell me where it went cause i wouldnt have a clue where it goes, thanks.

EDIT: They are both the same thing, but was thinking more of a program i can install.
