Water Pump

I'd love to know why there is such a fear of using them on GTRs.

I think the fear is due to the cost involved in rebuilding a blown RB26.

just found out my rb20det water pump is gawwnnn!!

what are my options?

& How hard is it to replace?

it's basically like a timing belt job isn't it?(correct me if im wrong) which is like 3-4 hours, depending on the type of engine

If so, start looking for a place with a decent labour rate, as that quite often is the killer, and a $10 difference/hour can save you quite a bit.
