R34 Zaust On An R33.... Can It Be Done?

Hey!

Just quick one.

Can an R34 exhaust be fitted to a R33..... If so, what are the differences... Im being told it would just be the mounting brackets which may need to be cut and rewelded (at the most)

Would you agree???

No certainlly not.... Different kinks around the rear end... The r34 exhaust would touch key components....

2 different sub frames means 2 different exhausts....

I fitted an R33 exhaust on my last R34...it actually went on with no dramas, even lined up at the cat....assuming the reverse would be OK

As far as turbo-back goes, the dump on the R34 is steeper than an R33 so are not interchangable

my friend and i bought a hks hi power for an r34 and we wanted to put it on a r33 S2 every thing fitted like the mounting brackets etc. but it was too short didnt meet up with the cat cost 60 bux to get extended.
