Removing Rear Seats In 4 Door R32 - How To?

Hi guys, just looking for info from someone who has removed the rear seats in a 4 door R32 GTS-T as how the seats actually come out.

Can anyone assist?

from memory, u gotta pull bottom part up outa its clips frist then slide it outwards.

then to do top part u remove to bolts at bottom at each end then slide it up off its hooks, just becareful when putting back in that u don't bend the hooks otherwise will be harder to put on.

Can someone confirm this, as either my rear seats are in very tight, or there is a different technique required to remove them.

That is the correct way to remove them........if the base has been in there a while it can be tad difficult to remove.

Basically you just need to sit behind you Front seats facing the back of the car......in a squatting position....then push the front of the base towards the back of the car and upwards at the same time.....it will then release......i have had some seats that required a bit of coaxing with a long screwdriver lol.

The to remove the backrest, just follow the instructions given above by skypy
