R32 Front Head Lights

Hello,

I have an R32 GTR and the head light unit on the left hand side of the car is positioned a little weird. It is positioned on an angle a little bit making it so the gtr grill is angled up on the left hand side. Yes this sounds like a small problem but I get paranoid about it. The arms that hold the light in place are all the way in and bolted tight (I did that yesterday).

I think this may be because of an accident in Japan. My questions are:

How do I fix it? Can i drill the holes down a few millimetres and is that legel? What else can I check? Is this a known problem in R32?
