Boost Control Through Power Fc Or Seperate Boost

Is anyone running boost control through their Power FC

I keep getting told mixed stories about whether i should buy a seperate boost control unit (AVCR or eboost2) or just the boost control add on for the Power FC

I'm not looking at massive power output, just want a little bit more and i wont be upgrading the turbo for a while (not by choice anyway)

I hope to be able to adequately control boost through the hand controller cos its a few hundred bucks cheaper buying the add on as opposed to the AVCR etc.

Should be fine to run it through the controller IMO. If I was going to use a PowerFC i'd take that option. Perhaps others know somethign I dont?

from everything i have read on the forum and i will stress thats the only information that i have heard of as i dont run a PFC most people prefer to get a seperate boost controller usually an avcr

The PFC Boost Control Kit uses the same solenoid as the AVCR and is easy to operate from the controller. You don't get the nice blue screen like the AVCR but it means one less item to mount in your car.

That was one of the factors that made me choose the Boost Control Kit.

Actually most people choose the separate item just for the nice looking unit you get!
