My highly modified GT Limited (UZZ31 Soarer) is up for sale, I have realisied that owning 3 cars and a boat is not the most viable financial sitaution to be in, so the most expensive one has to go.

I have, as of the other day, put 6 months QLD rego on her and have organised a RWC.

As some of you know, she's had around $100K spent on her over the past few years and is definately one of a kind, she has the only engine conversion and bodykit like it around anywhere in the world that I have seen or heard of.

She has around 430+hp at the wheels running low boost(17psi), and all things going well, there's no reason why a high 10/low 11 second pass wouldn't be out of the question. These Blitz KKK27's only really start producing huge power around the 24psi mark, as I read on another forum.

I'd be happy with a price around the early $30,000mark, but I am negotiable as I have just signed up to buy a unit and really need the extra money.

A few of the features that she has is, one of a kind widebody kit by Ares speed, House of Kolour - Titanium paint which cost a fortune to be applied, 18x10" GENUINE Fabulous deep dish wheels which are selling for around $6-7K alone in Australia, 1JZ conversion with PLENTY of work done to it and all of the GT Limited electric refinements like EMV, electric memory seats/windows/mirrorsetc.

Stock GT Limited Soarers are still being sold for $15-20,000 so in essence you are paying $13-17,000 extra for a LOT of dollars worth of modifications.

It has an Alpine TV/DVD and a great stereo along with electric leather seats in the cabin. It has a digital dash, showing about 130,000kms on her, but the engine has only done around 35,000ks.

Other MODS - Details

The engine conversion and gearbox conversion (Toyota Supra w58 5 - speed manual) cost over $22,000 and there is at least another $20K of mods in the engine bag, including a $5000 Blitz KKK27 single turbo, which is rated to 900HP. It's had some internal work which was carried out by a well known Japanese workshop and is managed by a microtech LTX12 and boost is controlled by a HKS EVC V (one of the new ones with the LCD display).

I will remove the wheels and stereo and sell for a cheaper price if desired?

Send me an email [email protected] if you want to know anything else.

I'd like to swap for another car + $. Ideally I'd like at least another $10,000 on top of a swap if possible but would take swaps or cash on my behalf.

Thanks for looking.

Cheers,

David

I have been in this car and know David this is a very nice and very well looked after car rarely driven and goes hell quick.

If I had the cash I would deffinetly buy it.

    • Thanks for your insight, it being basically useless will impact my decision for sure. I thought it may help the engine breath better I guess. But then again, I have also been told that tuning an RB20DE is also not worth it. Exactly, we follow EU Regulations. There is a bit more leeway on older vehicles. My Porsche 924 came without a cat from factory and managed to pass, they still mentioned that I have quite high emissions on it though.
    • My apologies, I stand corrected. Thanks for registering to mention this! And thank you for actually reaching out to the council to clarify. This is the sensible thing to do and the opposite of what I was alluding you were doing. I may have seen too much outrage and hate being fueled on the internet and it has made me a somewhat cynical old man. Sometimes it is easy to forget that there are real people behind websites and accounts. In my defence, CarExpert and CarExplore do read quite similarly at a glance. I shall try and do better in the future. (Please stick around to get the latest scoops on dealing with old Nissan shitboxes )
    • Don't bother. The poor little RB20 doesn't make enough gas flow to challenge the flow capabilities of even the littlest cat, and you won't make any extra power, and all you'll do it soot up your rear bumper. Plus....is Malta not runing under Euro regs?
    • Hey Daniel, sorry to hear that and thanks for posting up for us at a really hard time I only knew SmoothLine through the forums, we never met as we are based in different states, but when he was most active on here he was quite a while back so not many of the current crowd might remember him. I am pretty sure he was active in the Queensland SQU club but that is defunct now too (times are changing and we are all getting older). Farewell SmoothLine!
    • Turns out depending on whether the car was equipped with TCS or not there are different signals coming to the dash, meaning there are different speedo clusters.  Wired in a speedo calibrator box from aliexpress and now works fine.
