Help With Installing Pod Filter

Hi all, I just bought some cheap pod filter to put on my car...........do I need an adaptor to fit onto the airflow meter before I could put my pod filter on?

afm IS the one with the 3 wires plugged into it right?

Yes, you need an adaptor. Well when i bought mine it came with it as it was to suit an RB25DET.

And yes thats the AFM.

Yep, a mate got one for his skyline from there, but it came with the filter, i think the brand of his filter was Kaze, however he had to redrill some of the holes for it to fit on the AFM... not a hard task

Its the scooby AFM adaptor you are after as i dont think skylines are listed

Autobarn sell the skyline adaptors... mine fitted perfect, and it was for the skylines r33.... Mine was to go on a K&N pod filter tho

Btw - the adaptor might cost more then the actual pod filter did.. they arnt that cheap..
