Hughesy says he's just put normal in his Monaro and there was no difference, but I rang up and they put me on and I said that it certainly did.

Anywhoo, this guy comes on next and says "Nah mate, his car is a 2.5 ltr straight six with a turbo, so they drop the compression and so it doesn't matter what fuel you put in"

Reading my local bayside paper and there is a picture of the prototype GTR in there (nothing new to us) with a little write up.

In the write up they talk about this GTR being imported to Australia wheras previous versions have been grey imports. The guy then goes on to explain what a grey import is. Apparently it is something that doesnt meet the design regulations of Australia.

I was under the impression that any car to be registered, had to meet the design standards in order to pass. He doesnt make it very clear that when they land in the country they may not meet them but to get them on the road they must meet them.
