Internals:

N1 Block cryo'd

Brand new crank fully polished and cryo'd

Argo's and Je piston's

Tomie oil pump and sump extension.

1.5mm restrictor, external drain to sump.

1.2mm hks gasket

arp head studs

big port job

full ferra valve train, double spring, titanium retainers, 1mm+ inlet valves, 2mm+ exhausts ect ect...

tomei cams 260in 10.2mm 270ex 10.2mm, adjustable cam gears.

Big fuel sytem

POWERFC pro and split fires

Hks 2530's on extrude honed standard manifolds (UAS)

CES Race dumps with extra long wastegate pipes and full stainless 4inc system(CES).

PPG straight cut dog box upgraded input & mainshaft

Jim berry clutch solid centre modified exceddy single plate pull type (drives amazing for solid centre)

586hp dyno sheet was done the same day as run .083 (PITSsheet) which was 550hp.

.093 was 1month later just before we added the tolulene

.098 was run with 33% tolulene mixed with ultimate tune didn't change just added 5degrees

and turned the boost controller to flat out.. (wastegates need more pre load)..........

Upgraded from the hks actuators to gcg 22psi units, more tunning soon....

EDIT. Bit more tunning today. very happy with the way it drives now as i didn't get to drive it last time with the tolulene only dyno it.. Today with the 586 tune we added 33% tolulene to 98 with no extra boost and made 605hp then i add the extra 5degress and then went 648.7hp. Its amazing what a couple extra degress will do..

While his shop/site is only new, he has been tuning for years in Sydney, Bris, Melb, Perth and SA

along with overseas contracts and even tunes for shops in Sydney on a subcrontract basis!

I have known him for atleast 7 years (worked with him for 4) and have see this first hand but

wont name any shops

He will upload some details of a mates RB30/25/GT35 combo which is making 450 rw hp on 15 psi on JEMS Dyno.

Boost restrictor take out = 14psi

195.5kW at all fours (i think it hit the 180 limiter and cut out,not at max rpm, stock power shouldnt be on the climb at 8000rpm)

Still has the factory R33 computer which is leaning out at this boost level and no tune...

PFC computor tuned with FC Datalogit by myself > awesome software a must have!

RB25 AFM's

Run up on a 2WD Dyno Dynamics Dyno:

Boost running at 17psi > 311 RWKW

Boost running at 19psi > 365 RWKW or 488 RWHP

Torque 7200N at 19psi in 4th gear

Full boost reached at 4000 rpm, very responsive !

All this with a 8.8:1 measured compression ratio on 95 Octane fuel.

Fuel burn breaking down at 20psi and becomes unstable resulting in much less power.

Will get some race fuel and try again at 20+psi and see what happens.
