i jst want to know what need to be done to get it fitted

i know the bonnet needs to be changed

It wont fit properly. Your better off buying a GTR style bodykit that's made for the GT-T. East Bear Sports in Japan make these.

to change the bonnet you need GTR hinges, hood lock and hood lock panel

west yokohama have a GTR kit for the GTT also cross factory.

the cross factory is probably the best i've seen.
