Air Con Missing Part

I've got a 89' R32 GTR and ever since I've had it the Air Con hasn't worked. I found that a part was missing in the gas steel hoses for the air con at the front of the car in the middle. It looks like the part was supposed to convert a large hose to a small hose as both are different sizes and have thread on them. I can only assume that the air con is empty and would need a refill to get it working as well, but it would be handy to know how to test this.

Could someone take a picture under the bonnet at the front, center where the air con pipes connect?

Is it missing the receiver dryer?

Booster is on the money. The receiver dryer is what you will need.

Brand is Jayair and available from repco.

Part number is RD5010 and should cost you around $30.
