Stuck On Hp

First post here so hello to everyone

Got a small question about my gtst and I am wondering if anyone could help me.

I have a r33 with a small amunt of work daone to it including

10.5 psi

SAFC2

3" xforce exhaust with split pulse dump pipe

standard intercooler

auto box

The problem is that the car has stopped producing power at 215rwhp. even if boost is turned up, it wont make anymore power? I have been told that I should be up around 240rwhp. it had this power before the safc was tuned up by the great guys at Hyperdrive and the dump pipe installed. Any ideas would be greatly apreciated

240rwhp is approx 178rwkw so its making good power. how much power did u expect? aftermarket ecu is required to go futher. you could try dropping the exhaust on a dyno run to see if the power goes, could be exhaust restriciton but i dont think youll make much without aftermarket ecu

ya std intercooler would be much of a restriction if your turning up the boost to make more power? People generally always go bigger fmic as a basic upgrade..improve cooling and removes restrictions in the piping to and from tb.

as stated i am only making 215rwhp

as for the aftermarket ecu, i have been told that you cannot put a power fc on a auto, not sure if anything else can go on.

was thinking it was the intercooler but wanted second opinion

i'd be putting a bigger intercooler in.. fmic kits are getting cheaper nowadays it would be well worth your doin and you will notice more top end on the street

so yer stock intercoolers are that small it isnt funny..
