just needs to change the headlights to something other than those and get the 33 rear tail lights back.

hmmm, may stand out, but a whole lotta trouble if your mate gets defected there. also could have a prob if they find the big turbo under the hood let alone a stock turbo (being on his p's and all...)

hope he realises the possible headaches, i'd be too worried to drive it on the streets if it's unengineered...
