To get good results on such a rotten night and on the car and driver's first meeting is fabulous. I am sure there will be much more to come.

On a side note, that information about RB30 bottom end builds is really top notch. Well done to all contributors!

Yeah was a bit warm, I burnt my hand on the fuel reg... which is mounted up near the brake booster.

The first 3 runs were between 32-38 degrees. Not sure about the last one but was still sweating like a pig.. even though was dressed for the beach!

Am I missing something in dragland or should Paul Diemar be in that list somewhere?

    • Gotcha! Thank you for the correction.    The goal would be 600 bald eagle (screech) pony power yielded on a roller dyno, but I’m more interested in responsiveness at low RPM and full-boost before 4000RPM.
    • 93US is 98RON. 91 is a little on the low side to try to push to 600HP, but at least you can control boost to something more conservative when you're not on the good stuff. Also, we should check. Is that 600HP at the flywheel? Or using the usual pony power yielded by US roller dynos?
    • Hi! That is correct. 91 Octane US. probably similar to P98 AUS.    I’ll update my location
    • Hey Eric, it will help to put your location in your profile. 91 Octane is the lowest quality fuel available in Australia so I'm thinking maybe you mean US 91 not Australian
    • Im in the process of swapping out turbos for a Hypergear ATR43SS-2. I bought a water/oil line kit from Mamba, for Garret GT30, according to Tao. All fittings fit properly, except for the water return line. It has a -AN fitting to hose barb. From what I see, I need to remove hardline and install hose barb fitting to rubber line behind the head. I located the rubber line but is there an easier way to gain access without taking valve cover or intake manifold off?
