Ignition Fuse Removal - Prevent Hotwiring

im just wondering if i were to remove the ignition fuse could the car be hotwired still?

this is in an r32

Its called a kill switch

Heaps of cheap bogans do it and you just hide the switch somewhere in the car, kinda like a fuse you can control.

Yes, this prevents "hotwiring"
