Sunshine Coast Wedding...

Just trying to gauge numbers of Skyline owners on the Sunshine Coast that may be interested in helping me out for my wedding in January. I am preferably looking for white Skylines, but at this point silver or other lighter coloured cars (probably not black :) ) would also be ok - the wedding is going to be a very non-traditional summer wedding, and will feature plenty of colour, so if you own a well presented Skyline and are interested, please let me know.

I really think the idea of Skylines as wedding cars is really ghey and tacky.

Go and hire 3 identical white cars, they don't have to be Limo's BMW's or Merc's.

I reckon 3 white VY Berlina's would be nicer than Skylines as wedding cars.

What does you missus think about climbing in and out of the back of a coupe in her wedding dress?

She's the one that suggested asking fellow Skyliners - whether or not she has properly thought through getting in and out, I have no idea! :)

Obviously if we could find someone with a 4-door, that would be optimal... :D

I've got an r33 series 1 in white that might be allright.

When we got married we had VL's, a hot NA, an injected V8 and a turbo. It's really fun to have modified cars at a wedding!

Thanks for all offers so far!

The date will be 14th January (Saturday) for an afternoon wedding (around 2-3pm... ish) - I'll tally up the offers a little closer to the date and give everyone the full details then.

Oh and Daniel, I love black Skylines - just not for a wedding... maybe for my funeral... not in the near future though - touch wood! :P

OK, we are just over a week away from the big day (aaaarrgh! :nyaanyaa:) - can I just get a more definite show of hands as to who is willing and able to help me out on Saturday 14th January with my wedding.
