Bp Ultimate Running Out.

Yeah I went to four different BP servos today and just gave up and grabbed a bottle of Octane Booster.

I got some from BP Kardinya today after going to Myaree and Applecross, both of which were out of both ultimate and premium. I'm guess vortex is the next best stuff??

What run is vortex? I thought 95.

I asked the gull guys what ron their premium was and they said 96.

Vortex is 95. WA is so far behind it's not funny. Over east they have ultimate, optimax, synergy & vortex98, over here we have just ultimate. How long has 98 fuel been available over here?

My mate put it into his supra and within like 100k's his plugs were fouled... mind you it ran extremely rich... but still...

That's because it's Shell Optimax. Apparently it was trialed over here for a couple of months in 2003 or 2004, but it hasn't come over long term and as far as I am aware it is unavailable in WA.

My dad said that BP ultimate should be back to normal by Wednesday 23rd, meaning that everything will be back to normal, if all goes to plan with the startup tomorrow.
