Fuel Injector Duty Monitor

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if there is a product. Like a guage possibly that will tell me the injector duty ? I dont want anything fancy like the Power FC. I just need something that will give me a readout. I have seen those LED guages that read to 100 but I cant for the life of me find anything on the net about them.

If anyone knows a link or knows what I need to make one work that would be fantastic.

Some decent quality multimeters have duty cycle function. Just make some terminals and prove the injector harness when you need to.

Impackt on these forums sells a display that shows you all the Consult parameters including duty cycle, afm voltage, tps, water temp etc etc etc.

There are also consult cables for sale but they need you to run a laptop in the car.

But if you are getting anywhere near 100% duty cycle you have a problem, it is very dangerous....

Easiest way I recken is what I have. Nissan USB consult cable for $130, and SRTalk (free). Plug it into your laptop, and you can see the duty cycle and pulse width.

This would be for one-off testing I guess.. different story if you want to watch your injectors on a daily basis.
