R32 Gts4 Starting Morn "sloppy"

Hey guys, just in the morning when i go to start my car it starts up and is sloppy in the idle for instance just kind of stuttering and not holding a proper idle. But then it picks up revs and drops down fine, the problem is gone after driving it, parking it then coming back later and starting it. It's not because its cold in the morning either, had to change my crank angle sensor, perhaps has retarded the timing too much i'm not sure. If anyone has had the same little problem or knows what it probably is let me know.

Checked in the engine bay the two top clips on my airbox were undone. duno how that happened????? Anyways clipped them up and closed the gap obviously, hope thats all it was. Although when the car is first started in the morning it makes a kind of water trickling sound somewhere (the aircon has to be regassd still - dont know if it's that) behind the dash. Bit random, doesn't affect the car at all once driving just bit odd on the startup in the morning..
