mine has been damaged so much it became a straight thru 3" pipe.

But thats on a race car.

Apparently the fine for no cat is around $10k from the EPA so I hope 2-5rwkw is worth that to you

narh im just curios thats all as to why do it if somepeople do it whats the advantages etc?

this is on a non registered car so it wont be on the street anyway

My mate ran over a cat in his S14 200SX the other night, did some damage to his front bar....

If its on a non street car then it shouldn't matter to you what other people do. I'm sure most track cars don't run "damaged" cats, they run straight pipes according to what the competition rules allow.

Unhindered exhaust passage is obviously better for engine respiration than one with cats and mufflers in it.
