Rb25 Turbo To Rb20

I have come across a turbo off of an rb25 for the right price.

Now what i need to know is...is this something i would be able to install myself?

Is it a direct bolt onto a r32 rb20det if not can i buy what i need or do i just have to take the car to someone?

p.s. i have been told this is a great upgrade for these motors???

Its an ok upgrade, but a standard turbo won't be a massive one.. Highflow would be though
