Kinda a hard question to answer. You can just make sure your tyres are in good coniditon, and all your fluids have been changed recently.

Drags aren't really THAT hard on a stockish car (compared to track work), so normally you shouldn't have to do much at all.

Depending on what kinda car you drive, of course :)

Check water level, fluid levels, oil quality. Drain washer bottle, run fuel tank down to 1/8th tank (98 RON fuel plus a shot of octane booster). Remove EVERYTHING you cna feasibly take out of your car to reduce weight.

For RWD car, increase front tyre pressure to 55psi and drop 10psi out of rears (remember to put them back to street spec after event).

How about for 4wd ie. GTR?

What would one do about the tyre pressures assuming street tyres :)
