External Wastegate....should I Get A Manifold Too?

Hey guys, just thinking about future mods, and was wondering if i should get a 25det manifold with external wastegate pipe before actaully getting an external wastegate. By the way why would one get a 25t manifold, is it just to strengthen??/will it help performance?

Also how big a wastegate should i be looking for when wanting around 220-250 odd rwkw, and what make, i hear of spring tensions for these things, what exactly are they and how much should i want?....tial offer like .5, .7, .9 and 1bar springs???

YOU CAN EASILY GET THAT KIND OF POWER WITH AN INTERNAL GATE TURBO. WOULD BE THE BETTER AND CHEAPER OPTION OF BOLTING A SMALLER TURBO OR A HIGHFLOW OF THE STANDARD ITEM TO YOU FACTORY MANIFOLD.

What croat said. You dont really need an external wastegate if your aiming for only 250rwkw. get a direct bolt on with an interanl wastegate like an hks gtrs. It will save you money and youll get the same results.
