hi guys i need your advice. im looking at buying a 31 coupe with a vg30det conversion + heaps of other stuff. it is all fully engineered and it has rwc and rego and an unassuming exhaust :lol: . to transfer it over in SA what problems might I have

I think they just check that its not stolen etc. and ill have all the papers

Take it to Sturt Police station (not Regency) and all should be sweet. Take off obvious defects such as BOV.

All they really look for is to make sure the engine numbers match and that it is not stolen. Make sure it has never been written off as you won't get it registered.

My car was engineered when I bought it from NSW, but as soon as I took it to regency they still went over it with a fine tooth comb, be prepared!
