It's not a matter of pressure for the wheel, it's a matter of pressure for the tyre. The tyre's manufacturer should have a recommended inflation pressure for the particular tyre you have fitted to the rim.

I got this car from a dealer, and i am not sure what is the specification for the tyre.

I am just wondering whether any of you can tell me what is the average pressure for a 18 inch wheel...

Currently i think i am putting 34psi...

ive got 18's on my car as well and i keep the tyri pressure around 34-36psi

I believe you are supposed to have the lower profile tyres at a little higher psi than for example the standard tyres the car came with from factory (and my tyre placard says 32psi for standard tyres 205/55).
