Anybody Using Tanabe's?

hey all,

just wondering if anybody has or is using tanabe coilovers and knows much about them? reason i ask is im looking at buying some which are second hand (not as good as new, i know...... ). the coilovers are in very good condition, except that the platforms at the top dont sit exactly flush. however, i've been told that because of the way the locating ring works it wouldn't make a difference in how they operate. does anyone know if this is correct or not? all help is much appreciated.....

ive got a set of Tanabe Sustec Pro's on my car, and i must say they handle very nicely. they are quite firm and you will notice it on bumpy roads. but in the hills/open roads i wouldnt be without them
