With that kind of evidence, you should have taken her to court. And i would almost bet on the fact that she would give in and pay out once she say you are serious about going to court, or at least your insurance company should have sorted it out.

yeah i was pretty angry.. but the car was in my name and my mum's name and since she is a gold member with nrma, the excess was only $450 and didnt affect the no-claim bonus.. so thought less hassel to just pay that

But its just so stupid that there are drivers out there who cant avoid hitting a parked car!!! Where the hell do these people get their licenses from? It should be 5 demerit points for hitting a parked car

Fair enough, i know your pain it has happened to me haeaps with previous cars, never with the skyline because i simply avoid parking it in carparks or near other cars because of the stuff that has happened before annoying but at least there is less chance the car will get keyed or scraped by another car.
