Frequency Problem

My sound system came with the car from Japan, for AM is ok, but for FM i can't reach any frequency higher than 90, anyone know how can i able to listen to 101.1 and 101.9.

And also my system contain 2 units, 1 is Sony equalizer with MD player, 2 is Sony cassette palyer. Can i keep MD player but change the new Sony DVD player, or i have to change both. Thanks alot

All the japanese radios can only go up to 90 you can get a converter for around $20 but I dont know about your other question!

need a freq converter. bit more than $20 - $28 actually.

I have them here. you may also need two antenna adapters to get it to work and fit properly.

but it still doesnt show the correct radios stations, it will pick them up but they are different frequencies.

The converter will shift the frequency of the radio station, so your tuner will think its tuned in to a higher number than it actually is, ie the change is in the radio station, not your head unit.
