Rb30et, Boost Problems

[V-Spec]

recently had my car dynoed

and found its running 11-12 psi

its an rb30e then added t

on a hi comp rb30 with no intercooler this cant be healthy

the accuator does close as far as i can see when it was on the dyno

and moves fine when its cold and the hose to trigger it is fine

it should be a 7psi accuator

i think there might be cracks on the wastegate housing

this is the accuator

any insight

also is there any way to lower the boost pressure?
