R32 Window Scratches

Hi

I've just taken the door trims off and decided to have a look to see what was causing these scratches. Well the scratches are comming from the window seal strip on the outside door panel. I've attached a photo showing the problem.

What can I use as a replacement for the worn out guides? It's kind of like a fibre cloth material, I tried some foam but that doesn't work. Any suggestions?

i also have the same problem on my r32. i havent taken the door trim off yet to investigate but i think it will be a easy fix. perhaps some felt glued to the inside of the seal will help. i am actually more concerned about getting rid of the scratch marks left on my drivers window. any suggestions?

I got shockin scratch marks from those damn things. Since I bought it I filed them all down so they will stop doing it, but its too late for my window
