R32 Problems

Need HELP..

My mate has an R32 RB20det 4 door skyline and when you take off the power is not smooth then when you hit about 6000 the power dies off really quick, like a soft rev limit.

So far the only mods are R33gtst turbo, because the stock one died. (Even stock cat back and filter)

We have just replaced the fuel pump with bosh 040 cleaned the coil packs and swaped AFMs but still happens.

What could it be?

i also have a r32 gtst. had similar problems when adjusted boost to 13psi. i got it dyno tuned and it fixed the problem. took them 5 minutes they adjusted the crank angle sensor and reset the ecu. it has run fine ever since smooth power all the way to 8000rpm.
