Subscription Email Subjects

I just finished writing a new mod to the emailing script that puts more info int he subject of the emails that are auto generated by the forum. It should allow you guys to set up your email sorting rules better etc.

It should also affect those of you who are subscribed to entireforums, and people with daily and weekly digests.

I would appreciate any feedback on the mods, and also if you get any erroneous email subjects/messages as a result.

* The email content is very spaced out, need to scroll heaps just to read/click the links.

pm's dont have proper username in title, its double quotes for me ("" instead of username)
