intercooler piping is standard size however it does step up a fair bit to match the gtr coolers end tanks.

I have check everything normal like leaks etc

you can hear a exhaust leak so unless your deaf you know about it.

Once my toe heals up a bit so I can drive my car again I'll take it for a spin without the fpr

cubes - boost ramps up a bit better now as the wastegate is now a lot tighter than it was when I had that dyno run it was heaps laggy them funny how the dyno op just said gee thats laggy not oh I havent tighten the adj act enough wanker bit of a wate of $150

it didnt hit 11psi till 7,000 rpm if you check the dyno

do stock bov leak over a certain boost level Ive read (on here) that there fine at higher boost

Id say you need to get some timing into it and adj your AFR's. I had a 2530 in my R33 and the midrange and response was very impressive, much better than the standard turbo. Running a RB20, im still sure this turbo would give you some nice midrange for drifting

You will be able to see what ignition timing is being run with a consult display.

Blackwood auto and dyno have one.

When I initially started the RB30DET on the stock rb20det ecu I limped it up to blackwood auto and dyno, paid $35, had them hook up the consult and sat in the passenger seat while I watched the ignition timing that was being run on boost. As boost would start to be made it was running around 28degree's, instantly ping and do the R&R that you often see on R33 ECU's.

Cas timing and the timing the ecu runs at each load point are different.
