Does anyone else have a cargo bay original Stagea floor mat?

I guess I could ask the wife to do it; that way Id get to watch her nice little behind poking up in the air everywhere, BUT I dont trust her to do a good correct job. Not with me constantly feeling her up and all that (geez, how could I resist if shes down on her knees mooning me??), and trying to st*k it in. Or have I said too much?

Pics or ban?? :ermm:

Now, if someone was willing to donate 2 perfectly good knees, then I wouldnt be such an arsewipe now would I????? :P Probably not true, once and arsewipe always an arsewipe IMO (just ask the loo paper next time)

You wouldnt believe how depressing knee pain can be after 18yrs. :ermm: I reckon.

Sorry the mat group buy is taking so long guys, we're still trying to work out the details, also in the mean time the company has changed carpet suppliers.

I'm waiting to hear from the guy at the moment, and i'll start things rolling as soon as it's all sorted.

I'm also trying to get details for a boot mat.

Hey Tangles, it's cool mate if you can't do the pattern for me, i completely understand your situation, and i don't want to be the cause of more anguish for you. I'm sure someone else could offer there services.

If you've got a genuine boot mat Terminal, you just need to trace the outline onto a large enough piece of thick paper or cardboard, including any holes or such, i'll talk to you on MSN soon about it.

Come on guys and gals, need a few more people for the GB, I'm sure there is more people out there with sub standard mats that need replacing. Or didn't even get any with there Stagea, like me.

This is a bargain to be had, with sweet custom designed badging.

I'm going to extend the GB another month to try and get the numbers up, sorry to the guys that have put there name down, and are waiting, but otherwise we wont get the cheap pricing.

So, get your orders in asap.

    • The second part yes, the first part about easy VE calculation is something I've seen a few people talk about online.
    • You 100% could do that, would save money on a gym membership lol. But yeah, getting a cordless orbital sander will feel priceless coming from doing it manually.  Good luck with it mate
    • I initially was going to do the whole car with a block then realised, it would be a bigger monster of the job 😂 I guess that's all part of the learning process. I appreciate all that advice, I think I got a good idea on how to tackle this whole job.
    • I admire your efforts with the scuff pad.  As a mere mortal, I use this for the baulk of my sanding work- https://sydneytools.com.au/product/milwaukee-m18bos125-0-18v-li-ion-cordless-125mm-5-random-orbital-sander-skin-only Yes you can easily create a low spot while sanding. There are 2 types of filler, 1 part of 2 part. The 2 part filler will get used for large corrections and the 1 part filler will get used for pin holes and areas that only need slight filling.  Depending on how zealous you are with the sander (very easy to do with a power tool) or if you are chasing rust etc, yes those low spots will need to get filled or you will end up with a very obvious defects in the paint.  Using the guide coat and large sanding block, high and low areas will be revealed (watch youtube videos for a good visual on this). Its up to you if you think its worth the effort to make the car completely flat before you spray it (you make it flat by filling the low areas).  At the end of the day, it comes down to time. The end result comes from the level of prep put in to the car. If you want a perfect result, you have to put in the time during the prep stage or else it will be impossible to achieve a perfect result during the spraying process.
