Back when I was in Vic there was one shop i always got chicken kebabs, until they started using crappy processed chicken. The meat was brown and almost tasted like sausage meat! Fuggin horrible! I can't believe no one has mentioned cheese on kebabs!! HAve to have extra cheese, sooooooo good. So lamb, extra cheese, lettuce, tomato onion and garlic sauce. Drooooool....
