I used aftemarket boots, look the same as the Nissan ones but 1/4 the price. All you need to know is the CV OD and the drive shaft OD, then you buy the boot to suite. Don't forget the grease.

:) cheers :)

Does anyone know the part numbers for the front driveshaft CV Boots for R33 GTR and where I can get them from?  I want the new ones before I pull the old ones out.  Thanks.

Be careful that they don't have an odd internal shape. When I was doing the suspension upgrade

for my 32 GTR I had to replace 2 boots and the inner front LHS one isn't circular inside :D

Apparently some universal ones with the odd internal shape exist, but I couldn't conveniently get

one (ended up with a genuine kit for about $70 from Macarthur Nissan). The other boot kit was

$30ish (boot/2 clamps/grease).

Regards,

Saliya

They are just as good Andrew and they last well too, you can get them in a kit with a grease pack included .

I just saw how thin they were, the oem ones came with greese as well and were much thicker/stronger so decided to spend the extra few $ ... can't hurt.
