Hey guys, i've decide to modify my dash while it's out and the cars at the paint shop. It's an r33 dash, at this stage i've got 4 autometre gauges which i was going to mount in the dash in from of the passanger, a shift light tack which is going on the a pillar and i was wanting to mount my apexi avcr scrren on the dash, but like cover it some how, I'm thinking about covering the dash in fibreglass moulding the bits into place and having the whole think spray painted in a gloss white and maybe a little air brush work, my only concer is the fibreglass my eat into the dash, any ideas on how to overcome this or any new ideas at all? i'm not keen on leather by the way, any pics, or constructive critizim is welcome

cool idea but what i dont get is why would you have all these gauges in front of the passenger? Can you see them and read them from the drivers seat?

If its a show car then thats all good. As far as fibre glassing and stuff, sounds good, but if its black you will see every bit of dust that sits on it.

have fun

yeah thats true. unless you clean your car religiously you will always see them little dust specks everywhere. it is a pretty cool idea though.

one question.... why the tach? the standard tach is quite readable.....

shift light is ok, but there really isnt a need for an aftermarket tacho.
