Replacing Rear Wheel Bearings?

Hi all

When I bought my car the guy had a set of rear wheel bearings that were not fitted to the car (at the time of his rebuild -- it just has a comment "ran out of time" on the sheet). I was wondering of anyone has had to replace theirs before and if its a job for a workshop or easy enough to go at alone!

What noise does it make? How can you tell if it's shagged?

pretty sure if there the sealed roller type u need to get old ones pressed out and new ones pressed back into the hub.

your local workshop would be able to do it for u for a slab of beer or something.

then take em home and fit it all back upto the car
