BBGTR
i would go the 33 gtr. Unless of course i could get my hand on a vspec 2 r32 gtr. Fat chance getting one of them tho <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I drive my 94 R32 GT-R almost daily. I went and looked for the cleanest, best condition version I could find. Even with a full race seat and heavy springs it's still nice to drive. I get in my VY SS and it feels like a tank. What ever you do, get someone who knows what they are doing to check it out before you sign up - no matter what the model is. Black R32
i drive mine on a daily basis. i have no trouble what so ever. never driven a 33 gtr but i like the 32's better. i have an 89 and have no problem with it. if you want an 89, you will have to do some searching for a bog stocka for it to be any good. good luck Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/97445-feral-hun/page/2/#findComment-1778845 Share on other sites
BLACKR
Hey all the GTR'S are really nice. Now i really do have a feeling that many sources tend to undermine r33 tiny bit.Look it is roomier car, to my taste it beats the look of r32 any time. Interior is much better in r33 and overall looks alot better. I m certainly not canning r32 as it is a damn mighty car. Now regarding r33 missing the performance. Here is something interesting if you look at performance stock to stock, R32 comes ahead of r33 and r34 0-100 and 1/4 mile.Ok now you think whay would u pay 10 grands or more for R33 or R34 when i get more with R32. Well if you start modifying you will soon realise that scale quickly turns the other way around and R32 comes last.Remember 33 and 34 are newer, newer and more sophisticated engines, turbos ecu's attessa systems.Who ever tells you that they arer all the same the talk sh......t. At the end of a day as said previously it is a matter of taste and convinience. As mentioned r33 broke Nurburgring record in 1995 and that should be telling you something about this "Unexillerating car" Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/97445-feral-hun/page/2/#findComment-1781315 Share on other sites

rickhead
Yup, R32GTR all the wayyyyyyyyyy for daily driver. I just spent $8K on mine, new turbos (GT/SS), power fc, upgrade from ben at racepace. Car gone from a very sick 160 awkw to 281 awkw. Very happy........ djr81
Thank you very much for all of your input :-) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you are after an R32 there are plenty of good ones around. Don't be put off by the "all '89's are crap" brigade as this is patently false. Having said that my '94 model (For sale too!) is set up as a daily driver - most GT-R's have had modifications done to them that makes them less liveable on a day to day basis. If you choose one that is unmolested then you will be happy with it day to day.
