i went to get my veilside rear bar from them, i tried fitting it and it didnt even line up properly at the edges. i took it back and hes like "all u need to do is sand them back to fit", i told him to f**k himself and give me my money back.

i went and got it from jetspeed and theirs fit fine.

carmate make their kits strong, but they tend to be a crappy fit. where jetspeed make kits that fit (most of the time) but are a bit stingy in material.

you get what you pay for.

Have you had any problems with your jetspeed kit since it was fitted?(looks f**kin sick by the way!)also wondering wether you painted your wipers yourself?

carmate is 1 of the dogiest bunch of f**ks ive ever delt with. only good thing they do is their bonnets

thumbs up for CarMate, great price for the supply and fit of my front bar for my old R34 GTT. on time fit perfect. service was fine.

but, i think you'll find good and bad experiences with everything...

few mates gone there, non purchases due to expensive pricing, very bad Customer service.

Jetspeed would be a better place... or any good panel beater can get it alot cheaper then we can..

haha for every person saying one good thing there is always someone ready to shoot them down.

I've read that Jetspeed has done some work for HPI, eg the R32 project car. Looked to be okay.

On the other hand, my mate went to Jetspeed and is now in the middle of legal proceedings against them

One thing I've noticed is that the work businesses do for high profile clients (like high circulation magazines or celebs) is a lot different to the work they do for the rest of us.
