Grinding/scraping Noise When I Shift..

Hey guys... I've done a search and found something similar to my problem, but would like some further feedback..

When i picked up my 94 gts a few weekends ago, there was no noise issues when i changed gears..Then, yesterday, After accidentally shifting down to 2nd from 4th the clutch started making a scraping, grinding noise, it doesn't really scrape from 3-4 but from N-1-2 it does..

Any ideas what the problem is and what i need to do to fix it?

I've heard of getting redline oil or something.. but, I'm still not 100% sure..

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Has it continued to do it? Might be the syncro's on the gear box or the clutch itself.

yea it still does it.. really annoying.. and sounds pretty bad Gonna take it for my free servicing or what ever and see what can be done
