Where can my brother get a new clutch fitted to his Pulsar GTiR?.

He has been quoted ~$700 for an EXEDY clutch from Speedworks, is that good enough?

He's had the car 5 months and has already burnt the clutch doing 4WD donuts to show off to his mates

i paid $900 for my 9 puck exedy clutch for my 33 gts-t.. 700 sounds reasonable.
