stagea is still waiting to be cleared from customs, then its off for compliance then down to sydney where i finally get to see it!

just found out that my car will be at I AM SHE tomorrow afternoon,(1/3/06) or thursday afternoon (2/3/06) at the latest.

...i cant believe its all finally coming together.

when i spoke to Phil White at I AM SHE he said that they are expecting 20 stageas from that shipment

Yes, they go over the car, remove dust/dirt from the gaurds. They steam clean (though, not really clean) the inside and outside(gaurds) of the car to kill any bacteria, spores etc that are brought over in the car....

ahh so they dont actually wash it as such, they just sort of sterilise it

ill be giving SEAWAY a call today to find out what is happening, thats if they dont call me first anyway

Do yourself a favour - don't call Seaway directly. Call Craig or whoever you are dealing with and get him to call them. Seaway don't know whats going on. I was told my car was in QLD and I needed to get a customs broker or something. I hung up, freaked out, and got a call no less than 2 mins later from Toll saying "I'm coming around with your car now, is that cool?".

my car was dropped off at I AM SHE last night, it has 18" rims which im pretty cheering about, just not too happy about the two cracks that the people at the wharf were nice enough to put in my front bar

Mate, to be honest, how could you not expect the front bar to be damaged.

EVERY lowered-ish car with a FG kit ive seen got the front bar smashed. Celsiors, Stageas, Skylines, EVERYONE.

They are just pricks.
