Getting my sump modified to clear the crossmember in my S13 and i am wondering while at it, is there anything else that i could do to it to aid my engine in running reliably (READ:not starve of oil).

I don't know anything about sump modification (im not doing it myself either). The person doing the fabrication has done plenty b4 but mainly only V8's and stuff.

The car is going to see its fair share of the track + plenty of weekend touge.

I have heard ppl talk about batwing and gated sumps, but never seen any r33/rb25det's with sump modification carried out.

if someone can advise it would be greatly appreciated, i don't want to spend extra money/do extra work if its not necessary.

Cheers

Tim,
